Y GOLEUAD, DOC VICTORIA, CAERNARFON
Bowen Consultants appointed as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Coordinators on the refurbishment and conversion of a Grade II listed former dock warehouse into a bespoke recording studio / offices. Contract Value £1.8 million. Client – Cwmni Da.
HALLS AUCTION HOUSE AND OFFICES
We originally undertook the role of Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinator for Halls on their new Livestock Auction Building. We were then re-commissioned for the same roles to undertake their New Offices and Auction House. Contract Value £1.2 million. Client – Halls Holdings Ltd.
Coed Y Dinas, Welshpool, Powys
Redevelopment of former farm listed complex into destination retail centre. Bowen Consultants were appointed as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Coordinators on this £9 million development. Client – Charlies Stores Ltd.
Mid Wales Housing Association
Development of a green field site into 42 residential units. Bowen Consultants appointed as Employers Agent, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinator. Contract value £4.5 million. Client – Mid Wales Housing Association.
Ty Coch Barns
Conversion of former Grade II* listed agricultural buildings into offices. Bowen Consultants appointed as Quantity Surveyor. Contract value £1.2 million. Client – Denbighshire County Council.
Nags Head Hotel
Bowen Consultants appointed as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Coordinators on the refurbishment of this Grade II former coaching inn, into a Welsh Tourist Board 5 star inn with rooms. Client – Mid Wales Property Ltd.
Disability Essex
Bowen Consultants were appointed as Quantity Surveyors on the passivhous scheme to create new headquarters for Disability Essex. Very interesting and work while scheme. Contract value £1.8 million.
National Library Of Wales, Aberystwyth
Bowen Consultants have been involved in various projects at the National Library of Wales for several years, in the role of Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinator.
Red Kite Centre, Bwlch Nant Yr Arian
Bowen Consultants were engaged as Quantity Surveyors on this environmentally friendly, Forestry Commission Red Kite Centre.

We are undertaking the role of Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinator for the conversion of listed building to include, converting to residential accommodation. Works to existing dwelling house. Upgrade works to existing barn converted to living accommodation. Conversion of barn to shower/toilet.
